#9. Start a Prank War.
Okay I guess I didn't technically start the prank war myself but when the apartment next to ours stole our kitchen chairs, I thought perfect. Time to cross this one off of my list. So later that week we all broke into their apartment at 3 am and stole their floor rug and flat screen TV. And ya know that rug looked pretty good in our family room if I say so myself.
And really it's only the beginning (Yes W33...don't get too comfortable yet) but if I get the chance I'll add any updates. Ha and I guess I also have to say we're not the only talented ones. It's a new experience having no silverware...nothing like sharing one spoon between 6 people and rewashing it 10 times in 5 minutes. Oh college.

#8. Welcome Mornings Part 2…Revised.
Alrighty weelll I gave this goal another couple weeks. And hey you know I have gotten better. There’s no popping out of bed the second my
alarm goes off but I get up. And make it
to class on time. And always get breakfast. And my roommate Heidi doesn’t have to tell me
every day that my alarm is going off.
Definitely an improvement ;)
But I also have realized more lately that there are other important things in
life that sometimes require sacrificing sleep.
My roommate Laryssa and I are often both up late doing homework and especially these past couple weeks, we've had some really good talks. Yes, it was hard waking up the next morning
and I went to school with my hair in a messy bun, but I don’t regret it. Sometimes 2 am is just the time when
everything comes out :)
So yes. I now
successfully like mornings more and with time I’ll keep improving. But friends are also good and sometimes hard
mornings because of quality late nights are a sacrifice that just might be
worth it every once in awhile.

#7 ½: Welcome Mornings.
I found this goal in my little book last week and my first thought was “Ah geez. This would be interesting.” But then I had to try it out :) I got some good things going on last week, but there were other areas that could've still be a little more effective…hence the 7 ½. But here’s week one results:
GOOD
· I ate breakfast every morning which just made everything a lot lot LOT better…starting each day with a big breakfast in pajamas is a lot more motivating than a rushed granola bar on the way out the door
· Saving time to read my scriptures before I go to school. Ha and I should clarify that reading scriptures VERY first thing, in bed, does not work :)
· Hmm…thought I did more than just 2 things. Three bullet points look better.
· Still getting up at least 30 minutes after my alarm goes off. If I don’t jump out of bed in the first 2 seconds after I hear my alarm, I almost always fall back into a really deep sleep.
· In an attempt to solve number one, I set an alarm before I needed to get up and another one when I really needed to get up. Nope didn’t work.
· Getting to bed at a decent time so I can get up and not fall asleep everywhere I go. I’m really good at finding all sorts of comfy spots on campus to fall asleep; there was even a time I fell asleep in my shower for 45 minutes. Ha oops.
So moral of the story, I REALLY like sleeping and getting up each morning is nothing less than a struggle, but the second half of this goal will be added once I’m able to successfully figure out a way to pull my sorry body out of bed at the time I choose the night before. Heaven help me.

#7: Go On a Blind Date With No Expectations.
Ha well this is a little embarrassing…I haven’t written in a month. And a week. Oops! But in my defense, Christmas happened, then the new semester with lots of new classes and homework and new calling meetings that are filling my Sundays, which was my blog post day. Sooo basically what I’m saying is I’m trying to make myself feel less guilty about stopping my goal setting for a couple weeks, but really there isn’t a good excuse so here I am again. Saying sorry :)
But I did finally get back on track and this goal actually happened by coincidence and lined right up with a one of my things to do! I went on a blind date with one of my friend’s old roommates and even refrained from looking up his name on facebook before I went :) And I had a BLAST! We went ice skating up in Heber at this cool outdoor skating rink and some of his friends were in a band that played in the middle of the rink while we skated around. REALLY cool. Plus, he was a pretty cute guy and it was really fun knowing absolutely NOTHING about someone and by having no expectations, I was able to just have a good time and not need to try and impress him all night. It was a really laid back crazy date and by the end of night, my stomach hurt from laughing so hard. Oh hey and Nick if by some odd chance you ever see this and see I’m talking about you, I hope you know it was awesome to get to know you! Ha.

#6: Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast.
After wearing pajamas to school, I decided I really like doing that kind of stuff. Ya know, the stuff that is maybe a little weird, but a lot of fun?? So ice cream for breakfast became a must :) Plus my mom just made homemade hot fudge, which is definitely absolutely incredible, so I had no hesitancy giving up cereal for peppermint ice cream and hot fudge.
And for the record, my sister and I both ate a full bowl of ice cream at 9:00 am and then both came to the same decision that ice cream tastes amazing. All hours of the day.

#5: Wear Pajamas To School.
Okay so not much explanation needed here except this was a lot of fun :) Sometimes it’s just fun to do something that’s slightly out of my normal comfort zone because I never regret it. It just makes the day a little more fun ya know??
Oh and a little bonus :) This pajama day ended up being the day after a night with 3 hours of sleep so pajamas worked out great for my spur of the moment nap in the JFSB. Nothing beats a midday campus nap. For 2 hours. In footie pajamas.
